2003 European Year of Disabled Citizens 1st INTERNATIONAL SOFT FEDERATION CONVENANCE Debrecen, Hungary, 8 - 12 May 2003 Within the framework of the European Year of Disabled Citiziens, the International SOFT Federation organises in May 2003 its 1st convenance comprising - an information market enabling its member organisations to inform about their activities, results and problems; - a conference addressing issues of strategic NGO management; - an art festival of disabled children and youngsters; -the 2nd ISF General Assembly. |
